The goal with that is to pull your energy back together through your mind.
There has to be a resistance to the effects of the inverted souls, AKA, darkness or spiritual darkness ignorance. Those who hid from their own darkness and ignored the darkness in the world get imbalanced by it and can't balance themselves because it rises along with the conscious awareness because of the situation.
It's like wanting to watch a show to the next scene but there is something really intense between this and the next.
There is healing, it's not that distant. Don't engage and enable self defeat or sabotage. There is an algorithm for consciousness. It's a learning experience and something where we have to embrace the discomfort in order to learn from it.
The other part of the healing is knowing how to comfort the self and the soul and recover the child from the depths. Soaking in epsom salts and using essential oils help. Making the 'frequency' clear, not what we want, just 'clear' is more useful than trying to 'feel good'. There is a trend of 'dopamine' purging by removing the addiction to the harmful nature of continuous screen use, indoor lighting and inconsistent sleep and exercise cycles. Dr. Jack Kruse, Sabrina, many people talk about this and it's both important and complex. NAC is useful, Quercertin and things like that. Have you ever looked into balancing the hemispheres and the hormones with focused routines?
The other aspects are brain chemicals. Have you tried mushroom coffee? Chaga? Cordyceps, Reishi, Turkey tail, lion's mane? Those are proven to regrow neurons. Have you tried supplementing with bioavailable vitamin B? Some people are deficient and they can't process it from food. Have you taken magnesium glycinate? It has been shown to improve neurological depletion overall. Have you tried NAC and quercertin? These have also been proven to reverse neurological disruption in certain situations.
Being sensitive is a gift, but if the gates are left open like a window and then the curtains are not drawn, people will see in and take what they don't need and don't respect. It's harsh but a realistic perspective of the world. We can't always be on guard but we can't always be totally open. We have to test the waters and know what situations are beneficial and will 'fruit' into something plentiful instead of something draining and repetitive.
Change that yields is the idea. Building up to a huge shift but not having anything to do with it is like a large glass cylinder container holding a complicated and carefully constructed chemical concoction that was isolated and rendered thoughtfully over time with effort, and getting it all up to temperature and the right pressure or other conditions for that particular, very powerful reaction, and then not having the next necessary ingredient to mix where it passes through the phase of being ready to 'shift' and goes into a more stagnant effect. There is almost no limit. As long as you're able to maintain, you can build.
Not only trauma being amplified but empaths take in the essence of the people who are holding psychological damage around them. A hyperempath will literally pull the negative energy from others and attempt to incorporate it into their own biological processes in order to process it out of this dimension.
When this isn't understood and a strong foundation of self knowledge and self control isn't developed first, then it's difficult to 'deny the self' because it feels like everything that happens might find its way into influential processes regulating emotion.
The mind is complex and its something to hold in the highest respect, but not because we should worship what we like, but because if we don't understand what it is we're attempting to do, it could become very confusing and that is a trip that we don't want to take repeatedly. It does seem to be useful to know what we are really in, to kind to dip our hands beyond our side of the walls of the boat and feel the waters that are supporting this reality.
I still, don't recommend that. Unless its through dreaming and even then, its too much to do anything other than an almost medically controlled, militantly regulated interaction where there are no conditions left to change.
Yet there is. And it will most likely continue. Some can handle it, but others can't and it will be traumatic either way.
Chances are, most of what you're feeling, is also what everyone else is and they just don't know what to say or how to speak about it.
When you see it that way, we can actually all have something to communicate effectively and realistically about now, its like reality IS what we've been given, but it centers around our ability to understand communication.
That confusing nature of the mind and what we're doing. It's that the consciousness of the mind is not the consciousness of the body and when we're present in any polarized state its going to one extreme or the other. Either we're in the deep end of our mind thinking about things off outside the present that doesn't technically exist or we're focused in an almost robotic sense about the body and survival instincts and social necessity and so on and there is a kind of disconnect or even a discrepancy between the 'programming' of one system and the conditional requirements of the other.
When we're doing anything we're treating either the mind and the body separately or we're doing something that is not based on satisfying the psyche in a way that uses energy that would be used for self awareness or seeing the 'larger picture', being 'free' of mental constraints or automatically repeating routines. And we're not doing something that is motivated entirely out of the body's necessities for some form of satisfaction, most of which are entirely natural and cyclic processes that do something with the vital energy and shouldn't be disrupted but protected with extreme care and only used in ways that are with the total mind awareness, not just the psyche's small view and not just the body's yearning for physical completion.
Only then is the mind drawing from both spheres and the consciousness shines down equally on both sides instead of dropping down to the tarmac and sliding across the ground horizontally attempting to 'swing' back and forth between the two perspectives.
It would be funny if there was actually only one side with a mirror and a cool light that carried dual signals that refracted partially on the mirror and created a combined projection that functioned as a hologram.
The floor is where it's narrow and that is where the consciousness swings back and forth being emotionally motivated or sourced as a projection of energy or being physically and more mentally grounded.
If it swings back and forth and we are out of rhythm with it, it feels like our consciousness is being filtered by an algorithm that gives us the opposite.
Knowing how to 'AC' your DC (if you remember that post, it was just a short tweet) means that you can alternate your consciousness between pushing and pulling against the tide of time and this is used to synchronize yourself in a way that is always moving with the energy.
Almost like a mental martial art.
And then doing that in the right way at the right time so that the 'plane of inertia' of the geometric shape that your consciousness is forming, flips into a new pattern that introduces new algorithm 'fuel', and enables one to completely or at least more efficiently influence their thought processes and break free from cycles that repeat the same denigrating processes that seemingly consume free will or self awareness.
When inhibitions are dropped these processes can be seen more clearly as little gaps in our consciousness. Our mind can't actually see reality, it just pieces it together through a series of ports as perceptions. When we start to really see our consciousness fully, we realize its just an overlay that the mind is generating to make sense of this reality. What we thought reality was is not the whole of the view and that’s more or less a shock to most people. This is taken as a flaw or a loss when its really an illusion. Its truly neither. There is no direct effect other than simplifiying and adding possibilities to the present. It means nothing to the mind of the viewer from within the containment cage that is generated by the belief in the illusion. What it means to them, is the illusion that we see. What it means to one who is beyond it or sees past it is nothing.
The only loss is if we don't use our opportunities to make sense of reality and see all there is to see about our self and the trueness that was put into us part of our being. And that never stops, its built into the system.
The realization that the 'system' of reality that was once depended on to explain what we needed to know, is a facade of a larger, truer system doesn't mean it's our loss or that there is a flaw in our perceptions. Its like saying the window had an external net interfering with the view and so that we have blindness now and our eyes are bad. It's a confusion, a misinterpretation of perceptions and its a good one, but not something to feel as a personal flaw. The majority of humanity is literally just learning about this and most people don't get beyond the early confusing stage.
It's not recommended to go too fast at first. It always ends up going faster than we can expect, its the nature of reality. Sometimes people go crazy and roll around in the mud fighting off the waves of insanity from some other locale all built up by a controlled disorganization of our mind into an artificial construct, etc etc and so on. Sometimes seeing it for what its worth and what it does to the mind is what people need to do to not fight it and just let it do its thing and get out of the way.
Whatever is enough to give us the necessary consistent, stabilized motivational factors to 'wake up' and use our mind to see the truth, to 'go the distance'.
Everyone is under a form of stress. It's OK, it's just a reality TV show gone into overdrive.
It's literally just reality TV and then everyone can't think for themselves so they go along with it. None of that is new. In fact, it's a new opening that the entire population can literally use to walk out of here.
That's how it looks if the 4th wall was broken in the middle of a scene and half the set walked off stage.
And if you don't chose to walk off stage, you can't see beyond the fourth wall, it just looks like the same old facade illusion of society.
Most people are sitting and staring looking at the fourth wall, because they swear as sure as night they just saw someone walk directly through it.
It's an odd and jarring situation, but in the overall reality of things, its people waking up. It's how it looks. The Trueman show doesn't end with them quitting and walking away, they continue to put on the show and try to convince Truman to come back and keep participating.
Thank you so much Aug.
Love you bro!
Thank You!
I feel also, that although he is a child, he is stressing himself out, I feel alot is stress induced. Be it him, the momma, or the "family unit" in general. He IS the focal point in that household. From that perspective, it can be seen, that he is physically processing a certain amount of stress and the "side effects" of that are as skin allergins, eczema, vomiting, ect.
When I read what you wrote, above, that is what came to me.
